MIS5011 - Computer Management Consulting

This course provides a focus on information systems security applicable to the business environment. The focus is to emulate real-world considerations, so that practical and proven strategies are examined and considered. Topics include: computer security technology and principles; software security; management issues; cryptographic considerations; and operating system security.

Learning Outcomes:

Learners will be expected to:
